Bailey at the Ocean City Yacht Club, located at 100 Bay Road in Ocean City. William, affectionately just called Billy, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in February and, shortly after his diagnosis, underwent a strenuous surgery. Bailey receives chemotherapy and radiation treatments to try to keep his tumor from re-emerging.
